Return Policy

At Vinyl Up Bros, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products.
Because each order is made to your specifications, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item arrives damaged.


We will replace or remake your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged in shipping
  • There is a printing or production error that differs from your approved proof
  • The wrong product, size, or quantity was sent

How to Request a Replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at vinylupbros@gmail.com.

  1. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Include clear photos of:
  3. The damaged or incorrect product
  4. The packaging (including shipping label)
  5. Once approved, we’ll remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot accept returns or offer replacements for customer errors, such as incorrect files, typos, or artwork approved with mistakes.
  • Color variation of up to 5% is considered normal in custom printing and is not a defect.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Our goal is simple: If something goes wrong on our end or during delivery, we’ll make it right — fast.
